Terms & Refund Policy

One-time payment

Electric Interview is a one-time purchase: there are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewals. You pay once per practice interview ($9 USD, or the price displayed at checkout). That's it.

Once you've paid, your session (including the role analysis, employer research, your practice interview, and personalised feedback) remains accessible for 30 days from the date of your session.

Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your practice interview for any reason, email us at support@electricinterview.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your data

Your data is processed securely, never used to train AI models, and is automatically deleted after 30 days. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
